Chris has been teaching yoga for 20 years. She holds the credentials of E-RYT 500 in both fitness Style Yoga and in Kundalini Yoga from Yoga Alliance. Chris has studied yoga in Rishikesh, India at the Sattva Yoga Center. She teaches Kundalini Yoga at the Center of Grace Monday Evenings and Thursday Mornings. Drop ins are welcome, no experience necessary.
E-RYT 500 means Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with 500 hours of training and over 1,000 hours of teaching.
