This introduction to meditation class is for everyone who has never meditated, who is just starting to meditate, and who is curious what meditation is all about. We will talk about what meditation is and isn’t, how to sit or rest comfortably, and explore various styles of meditation. Lots of instruction will be given, you’ll be encouraged to find what works for you, and guided meditation practice will be offered.
