Classes start with breath, relaxation and visualization. We’ll then slowly build heat in the body with a flowy asana (movement) followed by deep relaxation and some pampering to close class. Breathwork and movement gives your mind, body and soul the power to be a warrior in the birthing room! Optional 15 min community time after class to chat with other moms or for questions/concerns. Sam is certified in prenatal Kundalini yoga, received her YTT at Kripalu (hatha) and specializes in healing breathwork and empowering women to find and live in their true self. Women attempting to conceive are highly encouraged for this class. No previous yoga experience required.
