Surfing the Wave of a Woman

The world is changing, and many men are confused by it. Women are different than men and while we love those differences we can also be confused and overwhelmed by them. We want to ‘fix’ them, but it seems no matter what we do it only makes matters worse, so we quit trying.
What if the answer is not to change who she is but to learn to stand in the presence of a woman’s emotions without being overwhelmed by them? To be solid in who you are and be there for her without taking on her problems?
Having all those emotions thrown at you can be overwhelming but there are physical practices and techniques to redirect those sensations to more productive channels. Learn how to stand in the storm without being blown away.
We will be doing some movement so come in comfortable clothes (i.e. sweats). We will provide yoga mats and cushions but feel free to bring your own.
