Reiki is a simple and effective Japanese practice which promotes relaxation and healing on physical, mental and emotional levels, leading
to connected wholeness. It balances and clears energy blocks in much the same way other energy healing practices such as
acupuncture and acupressure do. A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through

Victoria Marsted

Victoria Marsted brings heart-centered Reiki and yoga therapy to Center of Grace. She has been practicing Reiki since 2005 and is a Master & Teacher of the Usui system of Reiki. Her desire to share the healing and balance that yoga brought to her own life led her to enroll in Svaroopa Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. Victoria works with people ofall ages who wish to utilize Reiki and/or yoga for general wellness and stress reduction as well as for specific tension or pain problems.

My goal is to create a space of relaxation, healing and connection that empowers you to move forward on your path with grace and ease, in the bliss of your own being so that your life can flow more easily and joyfully.“

Victoria holds professional memberships in both the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP) and is a Certified Svaroopa Yoga Introductory Teacher (CSIT).
