Every class is a powerful experience in revitalizing and rejuvenating the body, clearing and focusing the mind and balancing the emotions with the end result being an experience of feeling fully integrated, alive, healthy, happy and fulfilled.

Sonja teaches her Kundalini yoga classes with loving intention, breath, gentle repetitive movement and stretching. Much of her class is focused on increasing the flexibility of the spine and strengthening the nervous system. Her classes are gears for the beginner to intermediate yoga practitioners who like to learn about the specific benefits Kundalini yoga has to offer.

Sonja believes the physical body is a gift to our souls that allows us to enjoy love through all of our senses. She understands how to free the body of energetic blockages thus accessing the vibrant body. As yoga means union, Sonja’s intention is to find that beautiful union between your body and your soul.

Sonja offers yoga private sessions and Polarity Therapy. She will teach you about the power of healing and the maintenance of vibrant health through simplicity, movement, the breath, nutrition, lifestyle counseling as well as hands on healing. Sonja partners with and empowers her clients on their journey toward optimal health.

Sonja has a thirst for learning and has vast training in holistic medicine. She is a Reiki Master, Associate Polarity Practitioner, and an Integrated Energy Therapist. She is full of wisdom ready to share.

Sonja loves hiking with her dog, Jesus, journaling, spending time with friends and family, dark chocolate, dancing and cooking nourishing food. She is a lover of life and all things beautiful Mother Earth has to offer. She loves traveling and exploring near and far.
