From that first visit to now, Renee has opened my eyes to things I never would have thought about. She has told me things that I should do to get my life back. I can honestly say that she is the most helpful and caring person I know. If you have questions about your life and how to get back on track you should go and she Renee. Over time, I’ve realized that each stage of this breath-work offered at Center of Grace is a necessary step. The early stages of SRI remind me how easy it is to get caught up in the everyday stressors, waffling back and forth between suffering and reclaiming my power but it is the higher stages of this therapy that have reminded me of my true spiritual nature. The process has been a priceless experience that has allowed me to listen to my body in an entirely different and intuitive way.

I did a Breathwork and Transformational Coaching session with Tess Teater and it truly was transformational. I was bought into the concept of the mind-body connection beforehand, but I was absolutely blown away when I actually experienced it. Tess’s approach is both gentle and empowering. My session was through Zoom, but I still felt very connected and safe during the session. 100% would recommend!!!

Renee and the rest of the staff are very warm and welcoming. Although it was many months ago that I had the privilege to attend the Center of Grace, my experience there still has great effect on my life. I know it will forever have changed me for the better. If you have found the Center for Grace, you are in for an enormous blessing! I had 3 zoom sessions with Renee and they were fabulous. Life changing! We discovered and addressed the missing pieces of my rather complicated puzzle.
