I am a registered dance/movement therapist. I am passionate about the power of integrating the body, mind, and spirit; using my knowledge of clinical practice, neuroscience, Eastern philosophies, and movement systems to inform my work. I tailor my sessions to each individual, combining evidence-based techniques, movement, creativity, and ecotherapy.

It can be intimidating to dive into the body or the arts, so I pace our sessions based on where each client feels comfortable. With compassion and guidance, we evolve mindfulness into embodiment and expression, leading to resolution and transformation of what holds you back in life. I would be delighted to be your fellow traveler and guide on this journey.

Specializing in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationship and identity issues, my offerings include individual therapy sessions as well as private yoga.
