Reiki with Jen

Jennifer has always had a deep passion for emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. As a Usui Reiki Master (2009) and a Karuna Reiki® Master (2010), Jennifer acts as a conduit for the universal life force energy around us. Reiki treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind, and spirit. Jennifer uses a gentle approach to help people relax, improve energy levels, increase self-awareness, and support healing. Some of the benefits of Reiki include better sleep, relief from chronic pain, mental clarity, and creating overall balance within the body and mind. Reiki can improve symptoms of ADD/ADHD, anxiety, and depression while improving relaxation and concentration by promoting calm, balance, and an increase in self-esteem. Reiki can also help with healing trauma. Reiki helps release stuck energy by encouraging positive, pure energy to flow through the body to promote healing. When trauma occurs, our energy becomes denser and heavier, both emotionally and psychologically. Reiki helps open and reset the energy flow, allowing for deep emotional healing. Whether it is mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual trauma, Reiki can clear out the blockages on all levels and help encourage the flow of pure energy to aid in the healing process. Jennifer is a kind and bubbly soul who listens and will meet you where you are physically, mentally, and spiritually. She uses her gifts of energy work, breathwork, and intuition to help you feel safe and balanced. Jennifer has worked in the human services field for over 15 years, completing her Bachelor’s Degree from Nazareth University. Jennifer has extensive training and experience working with individuals with histories of trauma and abuse as well as individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries, Neurodivergence, and other varying abilities. When Jennifer is not helping others, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
