Saturday morning meditation

Whether you want to learn how to mediate or already
have a regular practice, this class is for you! Join Jeff for a guided
meditation where you will learn how to tap into your place of peace and
awareness. Regular meditation can help you achieve a quieter mind and
generate energy, clarity, joy, and deep inner peace. Meditation in a group
setting can give us a sense of community, a deeper connection and
purpose, and make us feel less alone and more connected to others, the collective
consciousness is raised and everyone, even non-meditators, benefits from
this experience.
