Transformational Breathwork classes teach you to use the healing power of your breath to access emotions that have been stored, shamed, suppressed or buried in your body. What is stored in our cellular memory affects how we connect to ourselves and to others. Therefore, unaddressed stored emotion leads to stress & illness and prevents us from living joyful, fulfilling lives.
In this class, we use a somatic approach to feel our feelings, not just talk about them. We will first use our breath to activate what needs to come up and be met. We will meet our feelings head on and metabolize them in order to find the healing, peace, and joy on the other side. These classes guide you towards feeling and healing.
