What to expect:
In the morning we will guide you through a grief restoration process, teach you to reset your nervous system and explore the Body Breath Connection ™️.
After lunch, we will dig into our creativity as a tool to remind us of who we came to be (only kindergarten art experience needed). Come ready to laugh, cry, cuss a little, and we’ve even been known to throw a spontaneous dance party or two!
